DJ Nu-Mark - DJ Nu-Mark is a hip-hop DJ mostly known for his membership of Jurassic 5, an American six-piece hip-hop crew with two DJs and four MCs, the other DJ being Cut Chemist. He is also a renowned hip-hop producer and DJ.

Cut Chemist - Cut Chemist is the performing name of Lucas Macfadden, a solo turntablist who is a member of two highly rated crews being: the underground rap group Jurassic 5 and the funk Latin band Ozomatli. He became known through the Los Angeles-based rap group Unity Committee, and debuted on vinyl on the B-Side of Unity Committee's 1993 single, Unified Rebelution.

Brainfreeze (album) - A live creation by DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist (from Jurassic 5) of hit funk, soul, rock and jazz singles on 45 rpm vinyl records. This type of recording was pioneered by the DJ duo Double Dee and Steinski through their "Lessons".

Jurassic 5 - Jurassic 5 is a six-piece hip hop crew that was formed in 1993 (see 1993 in music) at the Los Angeles, California venue Good Life. Rappers Chali 2na, Akil, Zaakir aka Soup, Mark 7even, and turntable maestros DJ Nu-Mark and DJ Cut Chemist came together from two separate crews, the Rebels of Rhythm and Unity Committee.
